I turned down $ thousands of dollars$ as part of a Ramadan campaign IRC (International Rescue Committee) invited me to be part of. With their alleged mistreatment, abuse and trafficking of Afghan women and refugees exposed by a former IRC staff member (and a case of misappropriation of millions of dollars against them by USAID) I could not in good faith represent them …. unless they publicly met these requests I asked of them to right some of their wrongs. I have not heard back from them. This is my story!
